Thursday: Simply Sarsgaard

Peter Sarsgaard - fiance to Maggie Gyllenhaal and best pal to Jake Gyllenhaal. Also, now a proud dad of baby daughter Ramona.

I picked him because although he is not a true beauty, he has understated hotness and seems to be a great dad. He also looks like he completely adores Maggie in every picture I see of them together and they have been together since 2002.

Peter is also an actor and has been in movies such as Jarhead, Skeleton Key, Dead Man Walking and most recently Garden State.



He is known for often playing dark and villainous characters. He originally wanted to be a football player. After too many concussions, he gave that dream up.



His first role was on Law & Order in 1995, but his break out role was in Boys don't Cry in 1999.
